El pensamiento más recurrente en una guardia de 24 horas, definitivamente es que pase el tiempo rápido o que amanezca rápido... tan solo al llegar ya quiero que pasen las 24 horas para por fin salir jajaja. El desgaste por el cual se pasa en una guardia de 24 horas es muchísimo, sumado a eso rodeados de una luz tan brillante, paredes muy blancas y sonidos fastidiosos es más que agotador.

Durante mis tiempos libres en la guardia intento hacer jounareal, ver una película o cualquier cosa que me distraiga ya que en el encierro del trabajo lo que más da es ansiedad por comer y sobretodo dulces 🫩 y por supuesto que no me quiero ver más acabada de lo que me deja la guardia. Jaja 😓

The wear and tear you go through in a 24-hour guard is a lot, added to that surrounded by such bright light, very white walls and annoying sounds is more than exhausting.
During my free time on duty I try to do jounareal, watch a movie or anything that distracts me since in the confinement of work what gives the most is anxiety to eat and especially sweets 🫩 and of course I don't want to see myself more finished than what the guard leaves me. Haha 😓
