"I've always found that anything worth achieving will always have obstacles in the way and you've got to have that drive and determination to overcome those obstacles on route to whatever it is that you want to accomplish." - Chuck Norris
I love to drive, there's me above driving my truck, but this isn't about driving my truck - it's about driving my life.
The recently deceased Chuck Norris was an incredible person, a high achiever and if anyone said otherwise they're deluding themselves. Go and read that quote above, absorb it and then have a think about how you've applied it to your life, that's if you have actually applied it to your life.
Drive and determination
Sounds easy but it's not. There's many other things that have to come together to create them and in my experience those willing to make the effort, that have the right attitudes, who know their goals and why they're so important and have the discipline to apply the elements consistently are the people who achieve above average or optimal results.
The others...well, mediocrity just sits so comfortably upon the uninspired I guess.
How have you found the drive and determination to define, set and chase goals? How have you dealt with the obstacles be they physical, financial, intellectual, emotional or otherwise?
Feel free to comment if you're inspired to and if you're one of those uninspired people I mention above well...whatever.
