Today i would like to share the Recipe of Crispy Cheese Ball it is deep Fried Snacks made up of Mash Boiled potato with veggies of your choice, herbs & cheese in the centre. These cheese balls are an ideal kids snack recipe which can also be done and served to your friends & Family for any occasions and party. It is crisp from outside & Cheesy soft from inside. It is innovative recipe madeup of with leftover rice, instead you can add corn flour to bind your Balls. Cheese balls are a favourite snack to order when I eat out, but now i prepared it at home to make it healthy, can eat as much as i can๐. This recipe is vegetarian and gluten-free, making it a good appetizer to serve, you Must try this Recipe to impress your love ones.

Ingredients ๐
โข 1 cup sweet corn.
โข 3 Boiled potatoes.
โข 2 Grated Carrots.
โข 1 cup of Leftover Rice(Optional).
โข 2 Chopped Green chilli
โข 2 tbspChopped coriander Leaves.
โข ยฝ tsp chilli flakes Powder.
โข ยฝ tsp pepper powder
โข 1 Cup of Corn Flakes.
โข 4-5 Cheese Cubes.
โข Salt to Taste.
โข Oil for frying.
For slurry
โข 2 tbsp corn flour.
โข 2 tbsp maida.
โข ยฝ tsp chilli flakes
โข ยฝ tsp salt.
โข ยฝ cup water.
Process ๐จ๐ปโ๐ณ
Grate the potatoes using a grater, add green chilies and coriander, then mash them well.
Now, add grated carrots and leftover rice to this mixture; if you don't have rice, use cornflour instead, then add salt, chili, and garam masala.
Boil water, add corn, cook for 5 minutes, and strain; your corn is ready.
Once the water has completely drained from the corn, add it to your mixture and mix gently with soft hands.
mix well, make sure to mash and combine well forming a dough.
pinch a ball sized mixture and flatten slightly. place a small Cheese cubes in centre and roll to form a smooth ball.
now prepare c slurry by taking corn flour, maida, chilli flakes and salt, add water and mix well making sure there are no lumps. It should neither too running or too thick, Maintain it's Consistency.
dip your cheese Ball into corn flour slurry.
roll in cornflakes Powder, so that it stick to your ball.
Instead of Cornflakes powder, you can go with Breadcrumbs with same step.
Heat the Oil in the Kadhai/Pan.
deep fry in hot oil stirring occasionally.
fry on medium flame, until the cheese balls turn golden brown and crisp.
Serve the Hot crispy Cheese Ball With your Favourite Dip.
This Cheese Ball was delicious and yummy, it was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft and cheesy on the inside.
You can serve this starter as a snack with your favorite beverage.
