Would have been pretty hard not to profit in the last week even though I'm not much of a day-trader. I've burned myself too many times in crypto that, by now, I realized it's a buy low, hold for awhile, crypto pump!, then sell higher. Either make profit or take the coin to the grave.
It's the HODL game!
Well, I bought some Eth back when bitcoin was tumbling down the shit hole, like a whole 1-2 weeks ago, and I decided maybe Eth? Although at that exact same time Eth was falling down that same canyon, and faster. I suppose, looking back it doesn't make too much sense.
Anyways, I bailed today around the 0.068 area. I'm sure it could go higher but I'm happy with the pretty solid profit - plus this BTC train looks like its picking up some momentum! Then again, the alts seem to be rallying pretty hard themselves - Crypto is always confusing, it's difficult to know what to do and when to do it.
Moon - Rocket failure - Crash - Earth Core Bound - Depths of hell bound - OMG Moment
Then it's basically a repeating pattern.
So I'm not sure exactly where to be, but I remember how December played out when BTC rallies and the alts collapse, so I'm moving more into BTC. Where it feels safer.
2nd. - I'm not too trusting of BTC either!
Last time we went to 12k and right back to 6k...
So I sell for some beautiful silver and gold!
- The higher BTC goes, the more gold it buys
Diversify? Sure, but It's not only about the investing - I love gold and silver. I enjoy staring at my shiny metals and when I can take some trading profits and buy something physical and pretend like its free... Even better.
Plus I purchased these directly with bitcoins!
- 20 oz silver and a 1/10 oz Gold Libertad.
I am super pumped over the Libertad. They are hard to find unless you want to shop ebay with massive premiums. I have silver ounces so I needed to have a gold counterpart!
Anyways, it's a buzzkill to know that the above items are currently being shipped to me and I don't actually have them in my hand...
It's ok though - Tracking says Monday!
Those pictures above are quite plain anyways. I'm going to need a photo shoot with my new Libertad!
Question for the silver collectors - Is that plastic around the 10 oz bar necessary? Can I just remove it - I like feeling up my silver
Until next time...
~Keep on - Steemin' on~
