Saludos querida comunidad, nuevamente quiero presentarle una rica alternativa para preparar un pollo con pocos ingredientes que se tengan que hallan sobrado de otras recetas en este caso prepare un pollo salteado con algunos vegetales que me sobraron de una receta anterior que preparé que fueron algunas rodajas de tomate, pimentón cebollas con eso logre preparar un delicioso pollo salteado espero que les guste el paso a paso así que comencemos.

Tome una olla y puse a calentar un poquito de aceite, luego añadí las rodajas de pimentón, tomates cebolla que tenia reservada en un envase.

luego removí los vegetales para que se sofriera muy bien , luego el pollo ya lavado y cortado en piezas le añadí los condimentos agregue una pizca de pimentón molido, pimienta y removí todo hasta incorporar.

luego removí el pollo para integrar los vegetales, luego tape la olla y deje cocinar y sucesivamente iba salteando el pollo hasta que se cocinara.
