Un cordial saludos comunidad de #hive esta nueva edición quiere o mostrarle una nueva receta que prepare porque de tenia antojo de comer helados y como yo tenia maní en concha que había comprado hace días me decidí en preparar unos ricos helados de maní acompañados de sirope de chocolate una combinación perfecta prepare la mezcla del maní bien cremosa para que mis helados quedaran exquisitos es muy fácil de preparar y no contiene muchos ingredientes espero que les guste empecemos.

4- A medida que se iba cocinando la mezcla le agregue 6 cucharadas de azúcar y comencé remover hasta que espesara totalmente y luego apagar y reservar.

1- Coloque en una olla 1 taza de leche y lo puse a hervir e inmediatamente le agregue 100gr de cacao rallado y comencé a remover hasta que se incorporara todo y quedara como un sirope y retire del fuego y reserve.
