Saludos querida comunidad de holos&lotus estoy alegre por participar en esta interesante iniciativa, donde estaremos trazando 5 objetivos a realizar para este año Dios mediante, en lo personal tengo algunas metas en mete ya planeadas espero poder alcanzarla; es sobre superación personal, física, y economica el año pasado en torno a todos los eventos sobre la pandemia fue muy difícil poder realizar algunos de mis planes; para este año arranco con buen pie, para empezar lograr cada de mis objetivos así que acompañeme.

Para este año tengo algunos planes con respecto a superación personal, quiero realizar algunos cursos que tengo en mente para poder especializarme y poder después ponerlo en practica y así obtener un dinero extra entre los cursos que quiero realizar esta el de manicurista, decoración en repostería y peluquería son algunos que tengo enfocados en estos momentos.
For this year I have some plans regarding self-improvement, I want to take some courses that I have in mind to specialize and then put it into practice and thus earn extra money among the courses I want to do is the manicurist, decoration in pastry and hairdressing are some that I have focused on right now.

Luego de realizar los cursos propuestos quiero ponerlos en practica, y crear mi propio negocio en mi hogar dando alternativas de trabajar a domicilio también dando publicidad por redes sociales siempre poco a poco, creciendo a lo que se me presente en el momento.
After completing the proposed courses I want to put them into practice, and create my own business in my home giving alternatives to work at home also giving publicity through social networks always little by little, growing to what is presented to me at the time.

Otras de mis metas es ejercitarme este año, quiero adelgazar y sobre todo quiero tener una vida mas sana, comer mas saludable y tener un buen rendimiento físico quiero hacer ejercicios porque estoy padeciendo de dolores en el cuerpo y quiero corregir rápido ese padecimiento, tengo algo de experiencia en lo que es realizar deportes ya que hace 3 años asistía a un gimnasio y realizaba distintos ejercicios con maquinas y bioterapias, cardio y a veces salía a trotar estoy en la idea de empezar mi travesía con rutinas diarias de ejercicios y realizar videos desde cero a como estoy ahora y ver mi evolución, presentarlos por esta maravillosa plataforma.
Another of my goals is to exercise this year, I want to lose weight and above all I want to have a healthier life, eat healthier and have a good physical performance I want to exercise because I am suffering from pain in the body and I want to correct that condition quickly, I have some experience in what is to do sports since 3 years ago I attended a gym and performed various exercises with machines and biotherapies, cardio and sometimes went jogging I am in the idea of starting my journey with daily exercise routines and make videos from scratch to how I am now and see my evolution, present them by this wonderful platform.

Comprarme un teléfono nuevo es otra de mis metas para este año, quiero comprarme uno de mejor calidad, así poder tener la comodidad de realizar mi contenidos con mejor resolución, también porque el que tengo actual tiene algunos detalles y ya es momento que busque la manera de cambiarlo por eso tengo en mente de comprarme un nuevo teléfono este año Dios mediante.
Buying a new phone is another of my goals for this year, I want to buy one of better quality, so I can have the comfort of making my content with better resolution, also because the one I have now has some details and it is time to find a way to change it so I have in mind to buy a new phone this year, God willing.

Remodelación de mi hogar/Remodeling my home
Mi ultima meta de este año es construir y remodelar mi casa quiero hacer una cocina nueva y habilitar unas habitaciones que tengo sin uso, para ello tengo planteado ir comprando algunos materiales ir guardándolos y después empezar la mano, de obra de alguna forma quiero arrancar con ese objetivo que tengo tiempo añorándolo y espero poder realizarlo.
My last goal this year is to build and remodel my house I want to make a new kitchen and enable some rooms that I have without use, for this I have planned to go buying some materials to keep them and then start the work, somehow I want to start with this goal that I have long yearning for it and I hope to realize it.
