One of the reason why I love Cebu because it is where my favorite foodies are. I lived in Manila for almost 2 years but I can't food like this in there, one reason because I hate traveling for 3hours just to look for good food. Unlike, here in Cebu you can find delicious food more affordable and accessible.
This only cost for only 190.00 pesos. Worth the price, it's healthy and delicious too.
