Rice with Vegetables in Soy sauce

Ingredients:
Courgette
onion
paprika
garlic
rice
soy sauce
olive oil
salt to taste
Preparation:
Cut the onion and courgette into thin strips.In addition, chop the paprika and other cobolla strips into small squares, once ready, add olive oil in a pot with the previously crushed garlic, and add all the ingredients.
Finally, add the soy sauce with a little salt.
Steamed rice is also cooked with a pinch of salt,now put the rice on your plate and the cooked vegetables on top, and enjoy!
