There is the body and there is the mind. Even though there is who denies the existence of God, nobody can deny the existence of those two. Now, from the time we are little kids we start learning how to walk, how to write, how to ride a bike, how to kick a ball, how to climb stuff, how to balance, run, etc. All of them tasks based on motor coordination. Now, what do we learn about our minds? We live in a society where pretty much everything is based on the matter and that which we cannot touch and many times even explain is either left to the side or simply accepted the way it is. It isn't only the fact that we aren't taught how to use our minds but added to that we have the fact are bombarded with toxic waste for our brains and we succumb to these distractions and pleasures at the cost of our most precious gift, which is the control and understanding of our consciousness. Lack of information (or when it is taken from you through dirty methods) is something really sad.
We have all these psychologists who we find so amazing and sometimes even mystical their abilities of interpreting dreams, we doubt about people who can communicate with others using only their brains and we disdain on people who say that can feel or experience something we call supernatural at the same time we forget our brain is actually a big transmitter and receiver of waves, the only problem is that we don't know how to use it and were never taught.
I will leave you the question, is what you can do with your body in a fair comparison to what you can do with your mind? Food for though...
