Got out early thinking it’d just be a quick walk, but it turned into a bit of everything. Started with a calm walk to wake up, then eased into a light jog. Threw in some stretching at the park—nothing fancy, just enough to loosen up—and ended with a short run before heading back.
The mix actually felt better than sticking to one thing. Kept it relaxed, no pressure on pace or time. By the end, I’d crossed around 10,000 steps, which felt just right for the morning.
Some days don’t need intensity, just a bit of movement in different forms. Keeps it interesting and easier to come back the next day.
