Some mornings feel heavier than they should.
Stepped out anyway, even though my body was a bit stiff and not fully into it. Started with a slow walk, just letting things wake up naturally. After a while, I eased into a light jog—nothing intense, just enough to get the rhythm going. Stopped for a bit of stretching at my usual spot, took my time there, then mixed in short jogs again on the way back.
Activity summary: easy walk + light jogging + some stretching, ended up around 10,000 steps.
Funny thing is, I almost skipped it completely. But once you get past that first resistance, it’s rarely as hard as it feels in your head.
If you’re on the fence today, just step out for 5 minutes… it usually turns into more.
