Some mornings just pull you outside without much convincing.
Started with a quiet walk while the streets were still waking up. I wasn’t in a rush, just letting the body loosen up. After a bit, I drifted into a light jog, then paused for some stretching near the park—nothing structured, just working through tight legs. The rest of it turned into this loop of walk, jog, stretch… repeat. Somewhere along the way, I realized I’d already gone further than planned, but it felt too good to stop. Ended up around 18,000 steps by the time I got back.
It’s strange how the body resists at first but settles in once you give it time. Not every session needs intensity—sometimes flow does more.
If you’re unsure about heading out, keep it simple. Start slow and let the rest figure itself out.
