Didn’t feel like doing much this morning, if I’m being honest.
Still stepped out, told myself I’d keep it light. Started with a slow walk, just letting the body wake up. After a bit, I slipped into a gentle jog—not pushing, just moving. Stopped for some stretching halfway through, mostly because my legs were complaining 😄 but it actually helped reset things. The rest was a mix of walking and jogging until I made my way back, landing somewhere around 12,000 steps.
It’s weird how the hardest part is just getting out the door. Once you’re in it, things usually settle on their own.
What I heard some where - If today feels off, don’t skip it. Go easy, but go anyway—that still counts.
