Today definitely wasn’t one of those high-energy mornings.
I stepped out mostly to clear my head more than anything else. Started with a relaxed walk while the streets were still quiet, then mixed in a short jog once my body loosened up a little. Took a pause for some stretching halfway through because my legs felt tighter than usual. Nothing intense today, just small bits of movement stitched together.
Ended up with around 8,000 steps, and honestly, I’ve noticed my step count keeps dropping lately. Been getting a little too comfortable skipping extra movement, so I think it’s time to reset things before that turns into a habit.
So yeah… starting a small personal challenge: 21 days of hitting at least 10k steps daily. Nothing extreme, just trying to bring back consistency one day at a time.
Low-energy days will happen, but I’d rather move a little than fall completely out of rhythm.
