Day 2 felt harder mentally than Day 1, honestly.
Yesterday I had that fresh motivation boost, but today the bed felt way more convincing 😄 Still, I didn’t want to break the challenge this early, so I dragged myself out before I could overthink it.
Started with a slow morning walk, then eased into light jogging once the body woke up a bit. Took a few minutes for stretching halfway through because my calves were already complaining from yesterday. Kept the pace relaxed after that and just focused on staying consistent instead of pushing hard.
Finished the session with around 13,000 steps, which felt pretty solid for the second day back into routine.
I’m already noticing that discipline feels very different from motivation. Motivation gets you started… discipline is what gets you out on mornings like this.
