Today was one of those “just hit the target and go home” kind of mornings 😄
The body still felt a little tired from yesterday’s longer session, so I kept things simple. Started with a quiet morning walk, added some light jogging here and there, and stopped for stretching when my legs started tightening up. No extra pushing today, no trying to chase big numbers… just focused on staying consistent with the challenge.
By the time I got back, I’d landed right around 10k steps. Bare minimum? Maybe. But honestly, I’m learning that not every day needs to be impressive.
Sometimes discipline looks boring. It’s just doing the small thing again, even when nobody’s watching.
