Day 8 felt quieter… not easy, not hard, just steady.
Went out in the morning without much energy or excitement, but I’ve started noticing that the routine kicks in before motivation does now. Began with a calm walk, then slowly added some jogging once my legs loosened up. Took a short pause for stretching because my body’s definitely feeling this challenge day after day 😄
There wasn’t any big moment today, no crazy push or extra long route. Just consistent movement from start to finish. Somehow those simple sessions feel the most honest. Ended up closing the day with around 14k steps, which I’m pretty happy with.
I think this challenge is teaching me that progress doesn’t always look dramatic. A lot of it is just quietly showing up again and again.
If you’re working on consistency too, don’t wait to “feel motivated.” Build the habit first — the motivation usually catches up later.
