Day 10 ended up feeling more like an adventure than a workout.
It was the weekend, so instead of the usual walk-and-jog routine, I went for a trek. Honestly, I expected a relaxed morning with a few good views and fresh air… but the trail had other ideas 😄 Lots of climbs, uneven paths, random stops to catch my breath, then getting pulled forward again because the scenery kept getting better.
Somewhere in the middle, my legs started questioning my life choices, but turning back never really felt like an option. There’s something different about trekking — you don’t notice the effort the same way because your mind stays busy with everything around you.
By the time I got home and checked my tracker, I’d crossed 20k steps.
Ten days into this challenge, and I’m realizing consistency gets easier when movement feels enjoyable instead of forced.
Day 10 complete 👣 What’s your favorite way to stay active without making it feel like exercise?
