Day 11 felt like one of those full-body kind of days.
Started the morning with a walk just to loosen up, then mixed in some jogging and a few running intervals once the body woke up properly. Added a bit of stretching and basic exercises in between because my legs have been feeling the challenge lately 😄 Thought that would be enough for the day, honestly.
But by evening, I got restless sitting around, so I headed back out for another walk and jog session. The second round actually felt smoother than the morning one. Maybe the body’s finally adapting a little.
Somewhere between the morning movement and evening run, the steps quietly stacked up to 20k.
What I’m noticing now is that consistency slowly changes your mindset. At the start, movement feels like effort. After a while, staying inactive starts feeling stranger.
If you’re building a routine too, don’t focus too much on speed — just keep showing up.
