Today felt like a “keep the streak alive” kind of morning.
Woke up without much energy, and for a minute I actually considered skipping the session completely. But after making it this far into the challenge, I knew I’d regret that later. So I kept things simple — started with a calm walk, mixed in light jogging, added a few running bursts here and there, and finished with some basic exercises and stretching.
Nothing intense today. No chasing big numbers or trying to outdo yesterday. Just steady movement and staying committed to the routine. Ended up crossing around 11k steps by the end of it.
I’m starting to realize that consistency isn’t built during the high-motivation days. It’s built on the average days… the tired mornings… the sessions nobody would post about if there wasn’t a challenge attached 😄
If your energy feels low today, lower the intensity if needed — but try not to disappear from your routine completely.
