Two weeks in… and honestly, I didn’t expect myself to still be this locked into the challenge 😄
Started the morning with the usual plan: walk a bit, jog a bit, loosen up with some exercises and stretching, then call it a day. The body actually felt lighter this morning compared to the first few days, which was a nice surprise. Added a few running intervals too, just to push the pace a little.
By evening, I had that restless feeling again, so I headed back out instead of sitting around. The second session turned out even better than the first — cooler air, calmer streets, and somehow more energy. One round became another, and the steps just kept climbing.
Ended the day crossing 22k steps.
Fourteen days ago, getting started felt like effort. Now the harder part is not moving. Crazy how quickly habits can shift when you stick with them long enough.
