Day 15… and I can already tell this challenge is changing my routine without me noticing.
This morning was pretty simple compared to the last few days. Started with a quiet walk, then mixed in light jogging and a few short running intervals once the body warmed up. Added some basic exercises and stretching in between because my legs definitely needed it today 😄
Didn’t go chasing huge numbers or long routes. Just stayed steady and let the session flow naturally. Ended up finishing around 12k steps, which felt solid enough for a regular morning.
The interesting part is how automatic this is starting to feel now. In the beginning, every session felt like a decision. Now it’s becoming part of the day, like brushing my teeth or making coffee.
Day 15 complete ✔️ If you’re trying to build consistency too, remember: habits grow quietly. You usually notice the change after you’ve already been living it.
