What is preventing you from being happy now?
Have you ever seriously thought about what exactly makes you happy in life? It's obvious that we can't be happy all the time, but the laws of attraction can play weird tricks on us. If you constantly focus on the fact that you are not happy, then unhappiness is going to rule your life, and you are going to turn into a miserable person.
Happy people focus on what they HAVE while unhappy people focus on what’s MISSING....
Did you know that happiness is determined by the following:
- 50% is determined by your genes.
- 40% is determined by your regular and daily activities, and only;
- 10% of your happiness is determined by your current circumstances. (This include your job, finances etc.)
No one else but YOU can make yourself happy! You can obviously NOT change your genes, but you can do something about the other 50 %.
Take the time today, to make someone else happy. Happiness is contagious. If you want to be happy, then it's time to take responsibility, and to accept and believe that you are the creator of your own life and daily actions.
Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant....
