So who is he?
Archy Marshall is a musician from the United Kingdom.
He goes by many names but is well known as King Krule.
He sings, writes, and produces.
It's difficult to classify what type of genre King Krule is because he incorporates various kinds of musical elements, such as Jazz, Hip Hop, and Darkwave.
His music always has one feeling some way. (A good way)
It's melodic and soothing.
King Krule's music is poetic and lyrical.
His voice is very raw and loud.
His music is so unique; you'll for sure never hear anyone like him!
I love how he also raps and even incorporates spoken word in some of his songs.
I find myself replaying his songs constantly, especially when I want to write and just get into my zone.
I just find his music so relaxing and simply perfect.
Everything he creates, I love.
Archy is an artist I look up to lyrically and melodically.
Anyways, I'm going to post some songs I think EVERYONE should check out and if you get into King Krule he will be playing at this year's Beach Goth Festival in Orange County, Ca. :)
