5th day. I mostly was sedentary but I have my time with the garden walk. And that part is not changed. Like daily few rounds of walk and few movements up and down like we have some routine.
I am also currently pruning my friend list and the people I was in touch with. Some of the narrative manipulation is something I had to work on in past and again now. I have to move in life and build things forward.
Life is challenging on the health, financial and relationships side. And this year is going to take some toll on mind. Don't expect things to fix itself and instead I have to work on them. Most of my efforts are failing short.
This walk and making blog post is going to hopefully do me good. I am kind of using this opportunity like journaling and reducing anxiety. So I will continue on this routine.
