It's 7 th day of the year with Actifit for me. I know I am taking a lot of breaks and that's not good for me. And also it adds blank progress. A lot can be done if you are healthy.
One of the recent change I immediately felt was the stomach. I eat something with curd and it felt and my stomach had issues. So I had to stop the walk too. I know I should mind what I eat.
However a lot of times I have to mind my routine and I can't dictate the eating habits. So I make sure to change and eat on time. But last week I had eating rice with curd in odd hours backfire on my stomach.
I have to build the routine and make network of friends so that I can keep myself accountability on check. If everything works I hope things work. Maybe I can learn new things as I build. So hoping to build new routine.
This blog is my journal efforts. Building myself one day of such routine at a time.
