Nothing says summer like freshly picked danish strawberries, normally served with double cream and sugar, the wonderful fragrance of the ripe strawberries and the cold double cream is just summertime here !
and that is just what we had for dessert yesterday !
It is pretty simple ...
step 1. Clean and prepare the strawberries
step 2. lightly dust with sugar
step 3. Plate and serve
Step 4. pour double cream over the strawberries to your liking
Step 5. Eat to your hearts content .... I had a bit of hand whipped cream on top ...just for a bit of fluffyness
