No one is created to share the same talent and capability like another. Talents varies and that is why artists hunt for talents because they know that everyone has it differently.
I love a place where this fact is known and everyone understands it. A situation where no one judges the other for not having a unique talent or strenght as him but help discover others own hidden talent and encourage them to use it.
In a home where parents are doctors and want all their children to be doctors this clearly shows that they have not understood life to that level. Forgetting that not everyone is cut out to wearing white coats... sorry to the doctors in the house.
Convincing someone who does not have similar idea about something with you is very hard but yet you want such person to benefit from something good... You wonder, "how do I do this or how do I make things easier for this particular type of person?"

Steemit was created for quality content. We are known to write, educate, enlighten, communicate,inform, change lives with our feeds, earn and save with our quality content. We also understand steemit to be where everyone needs to be for a happy living through decentralisation! Yay yes I love the word decentralisation the thought of it is like I have butterfly in my stomach.
So where are we...
Then we try to get everyone to tap from this fruit... perfect; exactly what the world needs- steemit blockchain!
The fact is anyone you tell at first they become interested because steemit story is beautiful and awesome but when some register, you discover that not all will be able to maintain their blog in terms of writing quality contents. Simply put; Everyone is interested but there is a hitch- not everyone can write!
Believe it or not, some people have challenges writing. Some feel it needs lots of work, some say it's stressful, others say they do not know what to write everyday. Awww... this is really painful as we wouldn't want anyone to miss a life on the blockchain. What are we to do😓... oh my 😔. People are discouraged, some are so tied up they do not have the time to post quality contents.
But hey 🤓... there are solutions 😀😁

Understanding that we all do not have the same gift or talent.
So far, steemit has not only proven to be a solution to financial issues but it has shown that it understands human feelings and behaviour.
It means that even if you do not have the time to create contents, you could post short and meaningful message just like you do on tweeter or you make videos like the YouTube users and earn while doing this... what more can a person ask for?!

Conclusion
I had a problem convincing a friend to start posting after joining on here for a while now. Creating contents and writing is not his strenght; sometimes might not have much time to write and I know there at other people who could be in the same problem either by convincing people to stay or the problem of staying.
If we are to make a successful promotion about steemit blockchain, let us try to understand the people involved and what they can offer in every level by telling them about the other tools on the steemit blockchain (zappl, Dtube and soon to come Appic) so that no one would come and get stranded or confused. This way we can have more people who give even more meaning to the steemit blockchain. I believe things can only get better this way.
This could also curb plagiarism, spamming and other offences that steemit frowns against.
