These days people work so hard in other to make ends meet, its either one work or the other. I find no fault in that because money must be made. There are children to take care of, family to give a good life to, people to help, investments for the future and bills have to be paid. All these are necessities of life and can not be overlooked. The world is now a place where no one can stay with just little, in fact "Man must work."
Mondays has been perceived to be the busiest of all days and according to people the day that most people's blood pressure increases, well I do not know how true it is, but somehow I believe it. People are on the rush to go to work early, too much traffic because of the amount of people on the road at the same time, noise pollution and people getting all aggressive if delayed. Well this alone can increase ones blood pressure if you ask me.
The saying that health is wealth really has deep meaning that you think. Why do you think the rich despite all the wealth either has one health issue or the other. Most suffer from, ‘disease of the affluence .‘ A kind of disease that affect mostly the rich and wealthy. Either heart attack, cancer, hypertension and so on because they do not pay attention to their health up to the same amount they pay to their businesses.
I know this businessman who would rather be at the office, meetings or other business related issues. No check ups, no exercises or even a vacation. On the long run he over stressed his system and got down in the process. As funny a man as he could be he couldn't stay in the hospital because of his business, he wanted to keep tab of what was happening. Tell me how can a man like this know that he needs medical attention until it is too late.
That is how So many people live and truthfully I am not excluded. For four days in a stretch I’ve not had a good sleep not even the time to pay attention to food. This makes me ask myself, should in case I break down how would those around me feel. This is why I want to take out time to give a little hint on how to keep healthy while chasing the business of the day.
Seeing health as a multiplier of wealth.
This is very simple, perhaps a little analogy will help me elaborate more. If you make $10 in a month and eventually you fall sick and you are required to get $11 what happens, this is an automatic whooping of wealth. But if $3 is taken for check ups and other relevant health needs then one is good to go. Therefore, wealth only multiplies when one is healthy because a healthy man can always get wealth. He will remain happy and peaceful all the time.

Good sleeping schedule
Sleep is the magic weapon, there is nothing that it does not do.Starting from brain alertness, being happy. I mean after a long sleep one wakes up feeling like James Bond, all active, creative, interactive and agile. On the other hand, not having enough sleep can dull the brain. It leads to depression and from personal experience leaves eye bag and eyes feeling heavy. If one is dull and lacks agility, obviously there is no how that person can do any productive work in a day. When I was not having a good sleep I had to adjust and try to help my body by giving it enough sleep because from experience lack of adequate sleep is bad for the body.
Rest
Everyone is required and entitled to rest each day during work. It is a way of pulling the body back to its place after over working it. When the body is being over worked it beaks down and if broken down tells on the individual involved. When we get so busy we see rest as a weakness or a waste of precious time but the truth is that rest is a biological need and we need it as much as we need food.
Eat well, drink enough water and snack on fruits and vegetables.
This will do the little trick for some people. I see fruits as the wonder medicine. Taking lots of them means you do not want to fall ill for a long period of time. With enough vegetable the body is good to go. Most of all take out time to eat home made food. Most of the food eaten out, processed foods, canned food and the rest of them have proven to be cancerous and unhealthy. Eating home made food most of the time is healthier and safer. Most of all drink enough water.
Exercise
Exercises increases body fitness. Getting more fit, even a little bit, can improve your health. Some sedentary workers have bone issues because they do not take time out to stretch and exercise the bone. Remember that little exercises also makes one agile, flexible and smart. Fitting regular exercise into your daily schedule may seem difficult at first. But you can always start slowly, and break your exercise time into bits. Even doing ten minutes at a time is not bad at all. You can start simple by skipping, jogging short distances, walking and s on depending on which your body can deal with.
Take a break or go on vacation
We all know the power of taking time out away from work or related issues for some time. This leaves you feeling happy, renewed and rejuvenated. Vacations work as well to reduce stress by removing people from activities and environments that tend to be sources of stress to them. At the end of the day, vacation increases company or business productivity and this has been found to decrease the number of sick days taken off. Vacation policies create improved quality of life which translates into increased work quality.
Conclusion
Health is wealth and there is nothing in life that is more precious and valuable than a good health. A man who is healthy can acquire more wealth and live in happiness. But a man who is not healthy can not enjoy his wealth. A happy life revolves around good health and that happen when we help ourselves with the tips shared above.
