Seeing this particular topic I got so excited because I love food.

Talking about a favourite food, i never used to have a favourite food and i selected a lot too. But as time went on I started adjusting and started eating most of the food I selected. Until I fell in Love with one particular food, funny enough this food was part of the food I used to dislike.
One of my favourite foods is Bitterleaf soup. Like I stated earlier this used to be one of the soups I disliked but when I started eating it I began to enjoy the soup. It has now become a frequent food for me. Bitterleaf soup is a traditional dish and a very delicious delicacy with numerous health benefits. I started enjoying the soup because of its uniqueness and how delicious it is. Afang soup was my favorite but it gave me a lot of issues after eating it. When I started eating bitter leaf soup it never affected me negatively. I had to get to know the benefits of eating the soup and when I saw the benefits of bitter leaf soup I fell in love with it. I consume a lot of sugar which makes me have menstrual cramps but I notice that since I started eating the bitterleaf soup there has been a change. Bitterleaf is a bitter soup and the bitterness neutralises my plenty of sugar intake.

The first time I ate bitter leaf soup was in my Godfather's house when I went for a visit and that day what they cooked was Bitterleaf soup. I was very hungry and I could not ask for something else to be prepared for me. I had to manage because i was so hungry so when i ate it tasted really delicious and i asked for more. When i went back home i had to watch on youtube how the soup can be prepared. Unfortunately for me after preparing mine I could not eat it because it was so bitter. I did not wash the leaves well to remove excess butterness. But I did not stop trying. I used that to learn the next time I did better but I still retained the bitterness that's the unique part of the soup and the bitterness too has its health benefit.
Bitterleaf Soup is one soup I will recommend to everyone. If you are diabetic eat bitter leaf soup on a regular basis but make sure you still retain the bitterness as that's the potential natural remedy for managing blood sugar levels. It also helps protect the liver from damage and promote detoxification. Bitterleaf soup is a delicious delicacy with numerous health benefits and it is recommended to everyone.
