Good morning all, yeah its already 9:00am over here in Nigeria.
Well this is my first time on this community, I got to know of this community Movies and TV Shows when I visited
's blog, I was really thrilled and happy to know that there is actually a community that support movies(films) where I can come and share some movies I watched. OK so today I would love to share one out of the numerous movies I have watched, maybe with time since I have gotten to know this community I will be keeping you updated with the movies I watch.π€π€π€ππ.
Number one on my movie list is Hichiki it actually an Indian film. Yeah I love Indian films too, in fact so muchπ€π€π€π€.
Now this movie made me cry out my eyes.πͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺ
It all started with a young girl who suffered from tourette syndrome, this affected her so well that she was rejected in so many schools. None of the school wanted taking her as a student. Her mother was her backbone but her dad wasn't really proud of her. Now one would ask what's tourette syndrome its a nervous system disorder involving repetitive movements or unwanted sounds.
It is also a condition that affects the brain and nerves, causing people to make repeated movements and sounds, also known as motor and vocal tics, that they cannot control.
The exact cause of Tourette syndrome isn't known. It's a complex disorder likely caused by a combination of inherited (genetic) and environmental factors. Chemicals in the brain that transmit nerve impulses (neurotransmitters), including dopamine and serotonin, might play a role.
She was at last accepted by one school out of the numerous schools she went looking for admission. The principal of the school so loved her and tried as much as he could to let others see her in a different light but it wasn't easy, days grew into months and months into years, she was growing, she finished up with the higher school, moved to the university and now she was a grown up woman, all her years through those institutions wasn't really easy for her cause people found it so hard to associate with her.πͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺ.
After everything she decided to be a teacher out of all the professions in the world, hmmm I could only imagine what she would pass through, but she didn't allow that bother her, even when her dad advised her to work somewhere else, at least where she might not really have to talk much, she refused, she said teaching was her dream.
Again she was rejected to teach in any school just like it happened when she was little, she didn't relent effort, she kept submitting her application letters round schools. Some schools at seeing her display the tourette syndrome gets irritated and sends her away, some do it in a moderate way some so badly that I watching the film feels extremely bad, but surprisingly she never allowed it weigh her down.
So this faithful day while working at home she got a call from one of the schools and behold it was the school she graduated from, but this time around the principal who showed her so much of love during that time had passed on yeah he died, so it was a different staff and principal all together.
She was interviewed and as usual all the staffs and students were all surprise seeing her display such act, but she was bold. She was asked why she choose teaching instead of another job and she kept saying it was her dream, there and then did she share her story that she graduated from that very institution, the principal showed a bit of compassion and employed her.
When she as taken round to show the school and also her class, she was so happy to have the job so with this her tourette syndrome couldn't just stay calm, she kept displaying it and students kept laughing at her as she walked down the pavement ana school blocks.
And as if the laughter and mockery wasn't enough she was given the most stubborn sets of children to handle, the students were regarded as students from the slum, or you could say ghetto children. Some of them never really had a home or parents to check on them, some struggled to feed, so you could imagine how such children would be, they would be so wild and unkempt. But she wasn't really perturbed about it.
She was patient with them till she brought out the best in them.
Other students teachers had no other option than to learn from her.
I saw her using simple life things to teach science subjects like biology, physics, mathematics, chemistry etc. She was really a genius, her passion for this slum and unkempt children was just out of this world. I so much covert such passion and I pray I do way better than her in my teaching profession.
I'd plead and obliged you to find out time to watch the movie, its so insightful ana educational, there are a whole lots of lessons one could probably derive from it.πππ
I remain
