It is known that this mansion located in Kozan, one of the towns of Adana, was built in the 1890s. Mıcırıkyan Kirkor Efendi was the first owner. This mansion, located on the skirts of Kozan Castle, has a magnificent view. Since 2008 it has been serving as a boutique hotel and restaurant.
