Check out this photo of Canada's Supreme Court..
Those red and white snuggies are the ceremonial gowns they have been wearing since it's inception in 1867.
While it looks like their getting ready for a holiday performance, these 9 judges wear those threads when they're at work deliberating appeal cases.
The festive group hears between 40-75 cases a year, the Supreme Court is the highest court in Canada and thus the last stop when people want justice..so naturally they have to look absolutely rediculous.
Here's the building they work in..
It's located in our nations capital of Ottawa. Inside you'll find many toys for good boys and girls. The bad ones get sent to prison where they get gang raped and dine on poor food.
The prestigious group of judges earns an average of $370,000 a year and has unlimited cookies and milk, just one of the perks for being one of the nine lucky members to be selected to sit on the bench.
You also have to be very old
Here you can see they're deciding who makes Santa's naughty list. It's tiring work that's made more difficult by wearing super hot gowns that make them extra sleepy.
I thought you may enjoy some further insight into my countries judicial system.
