Buying silver through Goldmoney vs. Buying silver at the pawn shop

The objective of this post is to determine if it is better to buy silver through Goldmoney or through a pawn shop.

As metal enthusiasts know typically you have to use FIAT (ugh) to purchase metal at a pawn shop. So first thing first I pulled out this bill to prepared for my silver acquistion:
