Before going to the detailed explanation I would a breaf introduce why do we sleep?
Why do we sleep?
- Sleeping is very important for us, because when we sleep our body and mind both relaxed and heal our mind and sole.
- It's the most important part for life, because it's the best time, when our system repair all the damage parts with the Rapid rate.
- Other than that, whenever you wake up in morning, you feel very fresh and energetic. This is because, our so called humen engine get recharge. Even the whenever you're tired, we depressed, anything wrong happen, what we do?, We sleep. Right?
- As it's a fact that all the metabolic activities while we are sleeping get increased and store energy for next big task.And I think now you will understand why we need to sleep everyday.
Ok the next question comes in your mind is, how much we sleep? Because it's a very important question we always asking?
- So according to scientific research it's very for child for adult and for old old age people.
In childhood over metabolic activities are very fast so child Neet 5 to 6 hour of sleep. - But in case of adult you need minimum of 6 to 8 hours of sleep, and if you are more than 40 you need a minimum of 8 hours of sleep.
