Ziber-Any Info from the STEEMIT Community?

My friend Hive account@extrospect and I were discussing various ICOs, and Ziber was brought up.
I visited their website at https://ziber.io/#howitworks, and I found a section saying they had an app available for Android and iOS, but couldn't find it in the App Store.
Have any of you used this product for VOIP? I don't have a PC so I can't download the PC version they have. Does it seem like it'll be a good competitor to current VOIP apps?
What about the ICO? Any investors here?
