How about a sandwich for breakfast?!

Here in Chile, we cannot buy the southern sausage that we were accustomed to in the states. So, I had to figure out how to make it homemade.

Same goes for the English Muffins too. Not to be had in the grocery stores here.

If you have followed my blog, I have said many times that the food in Chile is very boring and bland. HOWEVER, the ingredients here are some of the best in the world. The freshness of the food is amazing and most of the ingredients are real, not GMO.
