He doesn't know it yet but i've decided to finally properly join the @JeanlucSR #30daychallengeSR!
He often comes up with these, let's call them, motivational tools/methods, to help fight procrastination and get things done!
I wanted to wait and see what I wanted and what I realistically could do for 30 days straight.
For now the base will be fitness as that is a very current goal in my life. I've also decided to add a twist, I will be adding aspects/items on the list which will subsequently have their own 30 day run time... This way I don't risk getting overwhelmed but I build a base and add to that.
So without further ado for the next 30 days I'll:
- get 10k steps with my Fitbit (I've been doing this but this is a great way to keep going)
- do a 100 squats everyday They don't have to be in one go, just as long as you get a 100 every... day...
