I am taking a look at LinkedIn almost daily. But I laughed while reading at one position in a German University. There was a disclaimer to be careful while using AI in the CV to be submitted, with a recommendation to use it for formatting and correcting grammar, but avoiding allowing the software to write about your skills and experience on its own.
I watched a video not long ago with someone recommending something similar, since the AI is capable of inventing something that isn't your true experiences and skills. So that is something that is happening a lot.

I will be frank that I already used ChatGPT to try to improve my CV. Not by adding something that I didn't accomplish, but by trying to make it more attractive.
I know that sometimes I add information that I don't need, and maybe the true skills that the recruiters are looking for won't be found in the middle of the word soup that my CV sometimes is. So I try to use it to make my CV more palatable, where the information necessary for one specific job will be easy to find and understand.
I still didn't have much success, the two applications didn't lead to anything, but at least I liked the final product.
That is one of the multiple uses for AI nowadays, and where we need to be careful how to use it. Inventing attributes that we can't prove can lead us to a very shameful interview, since you won't be able to talk about the invented skill.
And that can happen in all our lives, including Hive. Once in a while, you find people who are clearly using AI to produce posts, and you see a perfect text about a scientific theory. But if you ask the user about the topic, they don't know anything, and the lie is discovered after using the help of an AI classifier.
People using AI in this lazy way think they are going to be more successful, but in the end, they don't profit, and they are tagged as some sort of abuser. So the next time they bring some other text, people will read it twice before voting on it.
It is a double loss: the person doesn't learn about a certain topic, and also doesn't get any benefit from it. Creativity dies here.

However, I know that many people like me have improved productivity with AI. I am still being creative, but solving problems in a faster way, either in my daily code or in some text that I need assistance with.
AI algorithms are amazing at making a triage of information about a certain topic. Of course, we always need to double-check some information before writing it — the machine loves to invent something when it didn't find it.
So AI is helping us, but creativity is dying for those who don't use it in the best way.

Serei franco: já usei o ChatGPT para tentar melhorar meu currículo. Não adicionando algo que eu não tivesse realizado, mas tentando torná-lo mais atraente.
Sei que às vezes adiciono informações desnecessárias e talvez as verdadeiras habilidades que os recrutadores procuram não sejam encontradas em meio à sopa de palavras que meu currículo às vezes apresenta. Então, tento usá-lo para tornar meu currículo mais palatável, onde as informações necessárias para uma vaga específica sejam fáceis de encontrar e entender.
Ainda não tive muito sucesso; as duas tentativas não deram em nada, mas pelo menos gostei do resultado final.
Esse é um dos múltiplos usos da IA atualmente, e precisamos ter cuidado ao utilizá-la. Inventar atributos que não podemos comprovar pode nos levar a uma entrevista muito vergonhosa, já que você não poderá falar sobre a habilidade inventada.
E isso pode acontecer em todas as nossas vidas, inclusive no Hive. De vez em quando, você encontra pessoas que claramente usam IA para produzir posts, e você vê um texto perfeito sobre uma teoria científica. Mas se você perguntar ao usuário sobre o assunto, ele não sabe nada, e a mentira é descoberta depois de usar um classificador de IA.
Pessoas que usam IA dessa forma preguiçosa acham que terão mais sucesso, mas no final, não lucram e são rotuladas como abusadoras. Então, da próxima vez que publicarem outro texto, as pessoas o lerão duas vezes antes de votar.
É uma perda dupla: a pessoa não aprende sobre um determinado assunto e também não obtém nenhum benefício com isso. A criatividade morre aqui.

No entanto, sei que muitas pessoas, como eu, melhoraram sua produtividade com IA. Continuo sendo criativo, mas resolvendo problemas de forma mais rápida, seja no meu código diário ou em algum texto que precise de ajuda.
Os algoritmos de IA são incríveis em fazer uma triagem de informações sobre um determinado tópico. Claro, sempre precisamos verificar algumas informações antes de escrevê-las, pois a máquina adora inventar algo quando não encontra.
Então, a IA está nos ajudando, mas a criatividade está morrendo para aqueles que não a utilizam da melhor maneira.
