Adding voice message to riot chat application.

Have been using this cool chat application for some time now... But I noticed the application is not having voice chat message space.

Proposal

I will suggest if the voice message can be added to the riot chat application, to enable users to enjoy more of the application.

It will make the chat application more interesting than before.
It will increase the number of users.
