Bananas contain a lot of iron and potassium, which are very beneficial for our body. But the most important thing is how pure and fresh the fruit we eat actually is.
In reality, we are not very aware of this matter. We often think that if we eat it, nothing will happen. We usually do not have enough time to check whether the fruits are fresh or not. Normally, chemicals are added to fruits in the market to keep them fresh for a long time. If you look carefully, you will notice that many fruits in the market remain fresh-looking for days. The problem is that we buy and eat them because we have no other option.
If you live in a city, you will notice that truly fresh and authentic fruits are not always available there. There are often different kinds of problems with the fruits sold in the city markets. Usually, naturally fresh fruits are more available in villages. And fresh fruits are always good for our health.
Recently, I went to the market to buy bananas. I saw several shopkeepers sitting at Joydevpur Railgate selling bananas. I really liked the yellow ripe bananas. The shopkeeper told me that a single banana cost 30 taka. Normally, the price is around that amount. There are different varieties of bananas as well, such as sea bananas, sugar champa bananas, sabri bananas, and a few others. Everything sold there was local bananas. The taste of local bananas is completely different because they give an authentic and natural feel.
