This cemetery is called the Jawa Cemetery in Thailand Bangkok is situated about 1km away from behind my apartment block i can actually see it looking over my balcony i do visit this area quite often as it has a huge park within the cemetery grounds where you can jog around this park and also has quite a large outdoor gym where i also do my workouts.
The front of the tombstone where this huge Halloween tree has broken through.
The back of the Tombstone where it has caved in.
Normally i jog around the outside of the actually cemetery grounds as it has a pathway going all around the cemetery grounds and i have normally not bother to go further in the grounds cause by the time i have finish my jogging around it's gotten dark so it would be a eerie feeling to be wondering within the cemetery grounds definitely wouldn't be safe.
So seeing this contest about graveyards i though no work today i decided to take a wonder down to this graveyard today because i had never gone into the deep of this cemetery and to my surprise i didn't expect it to be so eerie looking and abandon.
I can not tell you much about the history of this cemetery all i know is that it was the burial grounds for i would say the first Chinese generation to reside in Thailand going back at least 200 years ago.
This tombstone amazed me and looked quite apart this poor soul of a China man must have like fishing in his last life cause his tombstone has turned into a wonderful pond and even has little fish swimming around in it a real classic.
The front of the Tombstone
The back of the Tombstone which has converted itself to a pond.
So yeah who knew that i was living amongst such a abandoned graveyard just behind my apartment that explains all those strange sounds i been hearing and i was blaming my neighbors.
