While I appreciate this descriptive, articulate and heartfelt explanation from the Genesis CEO, I would have rather seen it maybe, I dunno, 4-5 days ago.
Comments and Thoughts
I do think this was bound to happen sooner or later. And glad they are addressing it. But communication is key for consumer confidence.
Not ready to beat up on Genesis just yet.
