I'm back. Last week I didn't write here, because I got in some crazy situation. I was doing my bike ride in the morning on Sunday, when I became an eyewitness of a crime. I won't go in details with this, but I couldn't concentrate last week because of that and decided to take a week off.
RESET
Well, because I didn't do much last week, this week will be extra busy. I decided to get up earlier in the morning and don't watch television or Youtube before 9 P.M. I will then work from 9 till 9 everyday to get back on track.
Yesterday I already did some work and I found out that it's really much harder to start again after a week of unproductivity. It's kind of annoying because I had the feeling I was so on track with my goals, but yesterday I did study for an hour and it felt like the whole day. It's strange how easy it is to learn bad habits and how hard it is to keep the good habits.
This week
Since I still spend too much money I will also keep track of what I'm spending this week. I will eat at my parents two times so that's already two days of non-spending. An explicit goal is to not drink alcohol this week. Last week because of what happend I drank too much. When I drink I always order food, so it doubles the costs and also the calories. So this week no alcohol.
Coffee is something I will let go. I will not track that anymore. I like coffee and my plan is not to keep me restricted to 3 cups, but just drink as much as feels right. In the past I drank so much coffee that I got anxiety, well I will not drink that much anymore.
And then food and exercise... Today I will not exercise because I have so much to do. From tomorrow I will start again with going to the gym. I plan to exercise 3 times a week as a minimum. Everything above that is a win. And food, just plant based whole food...
At last data science and being social... I'm really behind on schedule with my data science projects and study. So this has the number one priority. I will reach the study goal if I did 6 hours of deep work. Because of this I think being social is not going to happen. I need to get back on track before I can go on a Tinderdate or see my friends.
