Migraine is a headache that attacks a particular part, it feels very painful. Sometimes I don't know what causes it, migraine attacks suddenly come. When that happens, I just feel a tremendous pain while crying. I'm not used to taking medicine to relieve my pain. Therefore, I always look for ways and natural ingredients to overcome health problems.

Natural ways and ingredients to overcome migraine :
- Peppermint
In peppermint there is a high anti-inflammatory content that will soothe the nerves of migraine sufferers. Even from the scent of peppermint alone is very helpful in reducing the pain in the head due to migraine. Simply drink the peppermint tea that has been added to the honey on a regular basis and you can repeat this method of treatment as necessary until fully recovered.
- Apple Cider Vinegar

- Feverfew
The Parthenolide contained within Feverfew has a natural tranquilizing function for muscles and nerves. Parthenolide compounds are excellent in neutralizing the effects of prostaglandin hormones that cause headaches.
How To :
Mix 1 teaspoon of dried Feverfew leaf with 1 teaspoon of peppermint, put in a glass of hot water. Leave on for ½ hour. Strain and drink while warm.
