So March will be the start of my garden. I have a deadline of April to have produce ready for the Farmers Market. This is really causing me some headache already. How do you grow produce without a greenhouse for harvest in April? So I have to be smart about what I plant. Beds 2,8, and 10 already have vegetables planned for those plots. But, these plots won't need their vegetables until May. So that gives me 60 days to play with them. I will grow Corn Salad, Mizula, and Landis Winter lettuce in these 3 plots. These vegetables have short growing times, and can withstand the colder weather. The other 3 beds; (Beds 3,6, and 9) will be planted as well, but have longer growing times.
