Today I'd like to share with you the cold fresh dish, cold duck feet with mustard sauce. I seldom eat the duck feet in normal times, but in hot summer I always do it a few times. selected good duck feet plus yellow mustard, garlic and chili give the dish a special flavor which is fresh, tender and spicy. Ingredients:
duck feet 4
cucumber 2
garlic 10 g
soy sauce 1 tbs
lemon juice 2 g
sesame oil 1/2 tbs
mustard 3 g
chili paste 5 g
Instructions:
Wash duck feet and place them in a saucepan, add ginger, green onion, cooking wine. Bring it to boil and cook it for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Remove them to a cold water and drain them, place them in a large mixing bowl. set aside.
wash cucumbers and peel, core them. cut them into small long strips. one by one. Place them in the large mixing bowl.
Place garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, mustard, chili paste in a small mixing bowl and mix well. pour the sauce into the large mixing bowl. stir and mix well. dish up.
The delicious garlic cold duck feet is done.

做法:
洗净的鸭掌放入锅中煮熟,锅中放入葱,姜片,料酒,大约需要20分钟。
煮熟后马上放入凉开水中浸泡,冲洗干净。
黄瓜洗净,去皮,去瓤,切段。放入鸭掌大碗中。
放入蒜泥,芥末,生抽,陈醋,盐,辣椒酱,芝麻油混合均匀。装盘即可食用。
(为了使芥末味发挥出来,小碗里倒入开水烫一次,放入芥末,放入开水。盖盖焖15分钟。)
