Although I’m a cat owner, I also love dogs. They are usually super friendly and wiling to play with anybody.
Here, in the small surfer town that I live in, you can usually find dogs hanging around at the beach, while their owners are surfing. I can’t recall one time that I went to the beach and didn’t pet at least one dog.
Sometimes when I come to the beach, I find myself surrounded with dogs. They are just lying or sitting next to me. I guess they are looking for some company. And if I go for one of my beach runs, it’s not unusual that one of the dogs joins me.
There is one dog that I really like, that usually likes to sit next to me. He is already old and doesn’t run much, but he’s so adorable and funny when he’s walking around the beach with his cute buddy- a Canadian Labrador.
I know those dogs are not mine, but they are part of my everyday life and we keep each other company while watching the sunset.
