To launch the feature, the user has been asked to go to the settings menu by pressing the user's profile photo in the YouTube mobile app. Here, customers can choose from 'Remind Me to Take a Break' option from the General tab. Not long after the notification will be given, every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 180 minutes.
